Our Story
Built from frustration. Refined with care.
Longstead Software was founded with a simple belief: that the right planning tool — built specifically for the person using it — can genuinely change how they work. Not just by keeping a list of tasks, but by reducing the invisible mental load of trying to hold everything in your head at once.
We started with 1159 Student Planner because students are underserved by planning tools. But the vision is broader: event planners, customer success managers, and other professionals face the same problem — generic tools that don't understand the specific way they work.
